In diesem Filmausschnitt sehen wir die Gewöhnung des Lusitanohengstes Quinto an das Auflegen der Schabracke, des Gurts und schließlich des Sattels. Dieses Mal wird er mit Sattel ablongiert und muß wiederum schnelle Handwechsel auf Geheiß des Longenführers absolvieren um dessen Dominanz zu akzeptieren. Die zweite Person, die das Longieren mit der Peitsche unterstützt hatte, muß nun mehrere Male aufsteigen und im Sattel Platz nehmen. Dazwischen wird mit Reiterin im Sattel mehrere Schritte angegangen. Es kommt darauf an, dass der Hengst den Longenführer bedingungslos akzeptiert und ihm 100% zugewandt ist. Am Ende wird das Auf- und Absteigen viele Male ausgeführt und etabliert.
